1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the plusph44 platform (the "Platform"), including the website at plusph44.vip and any associated mobile applications, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the plusph44 Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

plusph44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To use the plusph44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of plusph44, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the plusph44 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

plusph44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the plusph44 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. plusph44 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. plusph44 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify plusph44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. plusph44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, plusph44 is required to verify the identity of all registered users. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC verification request, including providing copies of government-issued identification and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals or closed entirely.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the plusph44 Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, bonus, promotion, or system on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform.
• Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data to the Platform or its users.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

plusph44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. plusph44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on the plusph44 Platform are subject to monitoring for compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's anti-money laundering guidelines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

plusph44 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except as expressly stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• plusph44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and are not a guaranteed source of income.

7. Games & Fairness

All games available on the plusph44 Platform — including live dealer baccarat, roulette, bingo, slots, video poker, and specialty games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that are independently audited for fairness and compliance with PAGCOR standards.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the Platform. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. The house edge is inherent in all casino games, and plusph44 does not represent that any player will profit from play.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, plusph44's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. plusph44's decision in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

8. Responsible Gaming

plusph44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Platform provides the following tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the plusph44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of plusph44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of plusph44.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plusph44 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

plusph44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your plusph44 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Termination

plusph44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, plusph44 may forfeit any balance in your account. Upon termination for reasons other than cause, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting plusph44 support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the plusph44 Platform shall first be submitted to plusph44's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting plusph44 support through the official in-app live chat. plusph44 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

plusph44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, plusph44 will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
